| The success of any progressive business organization is often dependent upon the ability of 'TEAMS' to work well together. The ability of teams to successfully manage commitment, conflict, creativity and consensus is paramount. Traditional forms of team building certainly go a long way in helping to develop those skills. But where they fall short is that they do not allow for any concentration of effort at developing the individual team members outside of team building activities.
What makes JAMES LADD (Life & Business Coaching) different is that I put a significant amount of emphasis on developing individual team members concurrently with the development of the team.
Utilizing my seven-step process for individual growth and development, I will work with each team member to create in them a significantly higher level of self-awareness, understanding and acceptance of themselves thus facilitating a greater ability to successfully work with others in a team setting. |
In working with the teams I will tailor each team intervention to meet the respective teams development needs.
In this process feedback will be provided to each team member, and the team as a whole, regarding their effectiveness in managing their work toward organizational goals.
