About the Workshops

The objectives of these workshops is to heighten awareness and understanding of emotional intelligence, to determine the emotional intelligence levels of participants, and to identify and practice ways to improve emotional responses at work and at home in order to nurture better relationships. Four areas are addressed during these workshops including Self-Awareness, Social Awareness, Self-Management, and Relationship Management. These topics are used as a means to establish emotional intelligence quotient. This quotient enables us to establish the tools required to enhance strengths and overcome weaknesses.

There are three types of Emotional Intelligence Workshops including Half Day, Full Day and Two day:

Half Day
This session is designed as a primer to introduce the concepts of emotional intelligence and to give participants an opportunity to evaluate their level of emotional intelligence as it pertains to personal competence and social competence.

Full Day
This one day workshop looks at basic information regarding how emotions affect the workplace, and how emotions affect work team members. This knowledge helps establish guidelines for addressing emotions in the workplace.

Two Day
This two day workshop provides the basic groundwork about how emotions impact the workplace. It also explores how your emotions impact those around you and equips you with guidelines for addressing your emotions in the workplace. In addition, this workshop helps you to discover your core purpose and vision as it relates to being who you are.

Each of these workshops can be tailored to fit the respective needs of the audience.
