About the Workshops

This workshop develops positive ways of managing stress by heightening self-awareness, and by helping understand our relationships with stress resulting in a more positive approach to living. A variety of learning techniques are utilized including lecturette, large and small group discussion/work, videos, self-assessment instruments, shared experiences, individual in-class assignments, and some evening assignments.

This workshop can be tailored to fit the respective needs of the audience and can be anywhere from 1 to 5 days in duration.
