Who Benefits?

The more aware we all are of self, the more likely we will be able to overcome what holds us back from achieving our business and life goals. I often talk about “slaying the dragon” with my clients. Metaphorically speaking, dragons are those creatures that inhabit our lives, lurking in dark corners, waiting to prevent us from living life to the fullest. If left unaddressed, these creatures multiply, causing dramatic, stressful experiences that can eventually lead to total destruction.

The purpose of this self-paced study guide is to create a heightened awareness and understanding of who you are in relation to life at an emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual level. With this new found insight, you find yourself in a position to manage your "dragons," and to prevent new ones from “hatching.” This knowledge frees you up for growth and accomplishment of your goals.

To complete the process, participants are provided with a “Goal Setting and Action Plan” tool. This tool encapsulates the findings of your work, and enables you to record tangible goals for the transition forward in life and business.

Areas that will be explored in the self-paced study guide will be:
  • A reading that defines Personhood and all its component part
  • A series of assessment tools that are designed to heighten self awareness and understanding of who you are in relation to the dimensions of self and life.
  • Development of a personal mission statement.
  • To complete the process bring the results of all the instrumentation together in summary form in the; “Goal   Setting and Action Planning Workbook”
