SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Luncheons
In-office Management Meetings
Executive Board Meetings

Many business leaders utilize speaking engagements to add value to business gatherings.

I am available to speak before executive and management groups and professional associations on topics useful to people in both the workplace and at home. These 30 minute sessions are designed to stimulate a willingness of participants to take action. Topics range from workshop topics to topics of general interest.

I touch on the latter during my workshops from time to time. Each of these topics is also available in my monthly newsletter back-issues (The Personal Coach Bulletin).

Specific Workshop Topics

Emotional Intelligence
What is emotional intelligence and how is it that my emotions can be intelligent? How does understanding emotional intelligence improve my ability to nurture relationships? Lean into discomfort and move forward with your life.

Personality Typing
Wouldn’t it be fascinating to walk into the office of someone we have never met, look around and be able to identify with some certainty what their personality style is without getting to know them? Personality Typing provides the tools required to do exactly that. The result is improved communication and productivity. Think of the Possibilities.

Managing Stress
Everything is good so why do I feel so lousy? Managing stress is about being aware of stressors and having the tools to manage them. Being capable of doing so is a necessity – not a luxury.

Motivation in the Workplace
A motivated workplace is not something that leadership “creates.” It is something that occurs naturally through the use of tools and techniques that provide the genesis for its emergence.

Adaptive Change
Becoming a better “change leader” is easier than you think. Imagine an environment that embraces change as much as it currently resists it.

Topics of General Interest

The Road Less Traveled
Life is Difficult. At least Scott Peck thought so in his best selling book The Road Less Traveled. This topic outlines how accepting this premise helps us live a life that is – ironically - no longer difficult.

Values and Congruence
What does living according to your values actually mean and what might be the implications of being incongruent?

The Benefits of a Life of Integrity
In business and in life good guys finish last, right?

What Does It Mean to Be Snatched Back from Death’s Door?
I was ready to die, at peace with the reality of it and all of a sudden they brought me back from the edge.
